xHA is a tool that helps you learn to maintain your focus during meditation. Once you lose focus, xHa gives you a gentle reminder to bring your attention back to your practice by using the audio of your
own breath. In this way, xHa guides you to develop the skill of using your breath as a feedback cue towards a more effective meditation practice.

xHA is an ongoing collaborative project with Product Designers Andrea Pisa and Andriana Nassou, Computer Scientist George Chernyshov and Head Monk Takafumi Kawakami from Shunkoin Temple, Kyoto.
